What we do?

Ultra Sport EU are importers and distributors representing key brands from around the World.  We sell to retailers primarily in the UK and Eire and sometimes overseas.

How do you open an Account?

You can open an account by simply completing the Trading Account Application Form (TAAF) and we can usually open your account within 24 hours.  If you are not able to fully complete the TAAF or if you have not yet commenced trading we will be in touch to obtain supporting information from you.  Typical supporting information may be:-

• Can you provide a copy of your Business Plan?
• When do you envisage starting trading?
• What is your website address?
• Do you have a Business Bank Account?
• What is the trading address and warehouse address?
• Do you fully understand the level of stock commitment and finance necessary?
  
  

If you are not yet ready to open an account and would simply like to talk to one of our Brand Managers to discuss opportunities then please email your enquiry to info@ultrasporteu.com outlining which products you are interested in and where you are operating from. We will respond to your enquiry immediately and put you in touch with the appropriate Brand Manager who can then arrange a call or a visit.

Selective Distribution?

We are selective about our retailers who should all be able to offer great customer service and excellent backup to the end user as well as offering an expert level of expertise and knowledge about the sports. Ultra Sport EU can, of course, help with training in all areas.

Retailing Online?

If you are considering retailing online then a great place to start is with these two documents.  The Online Guide will help you understand how we hope that you will work with us and the second, our Online Policy Document sets out the standards that we hope you will follow for your online store.  These documents clearly explain our approach but we also appreciate that they may well raise more questions which we will be happy to answer.

B2B website facility where you can:-
Access to our B2B online system is available to all our retailers – here you can:-
• Check Stock
• Place Orders
• Find Product Details and Specifications
• Check your Account Status and Buying History
• Display outstanding and historic orders
• Review Account Transactions statements and much more.

Access to the B2B is via a UserName and Password which will be provided to you when your account is opened – if you lose your log in details at any time there is an auto reminder or in case of any difficulty please  email sarah@ultrasporteu.com.
