Leon does it again!

UK Arbor and Smith Snowboarder Leon Drynan has been killing it at the early season competitions here in the UK.

First up this September Leon was at the Triple Crown Series in Scotland. Set up by Scottish Park and Pipe, the series covers three disciplines: Indoor, Dry Slope and ‘On Snow’. The first event was at Snow Factor in Braehead, Scotland, where Leon took gold in the U16’s category and the overall men’s title. A hugely deserved accolade for such a high standard of riding from Leon.
The next Triple Crown event is at Aberdeen dry slope on November 24th where Leon will look to continue his good form in the series.

Leon then travelled to Manchester where he took part in the British Indoor Championships at Chill Factor-e on 15th September. He placed first in the U16’s again competition and his overall performance saw him crowned as the British Indoor Champion for the second year running! Another great result for Leon and more evidence that he is one of the hottest prospects in UK snowboarding right now.

Next up, Leon will fly out to the Hintertux Glacier in Austria where he will train for 10 days with the GB Park and Pipe Team before heading back to the UK. He has been invited to take part in a series of competitions at the Daily Telegraph Ski and Snowboard Festival at Battersea Park, London and will also be a demo rider at the event, so be sure catch him there across the weekend of 25th-28th October.

Keep your eyes peeled for more updates from Leon throughout the season as he travels and competes all over the UK and Europe.
