Neil Staples - Sales Director
Neil has worked with Ultra Sport for a number of years, becoming Sales Director in December 2001. Still maintaining specific responsibility for the waterski and wakeboard division but also, as Sales Director, now takes overall management for all sales activity within the company. A past national and international tournament waterskier.

Ed Broom - Brand Manager
BIC Sport and Oxbow Surf 
Highly qualified in windsurfing, sailing, kayaking and powerboating, Ed is a passionate and dedicated watersports enthusiast. Having had many years of experience running commercial watersports centres and retail shops, both in the UK and abroad, Ed has been exposed to the needs of customers from behind the line!

Edd Duerden - Aftersales Manager – Sales Coordinator
Edd’s role is to manage our warranty for all products. His professional approach, technical skills and attention to detail ensures that our warranty department runs without a hitch. A keen snowboarder and wakeboarder, he knows what the consumers want – and he delivers it.

Sarah Reason - Accounts Administrator
Sarah has been with Ultra Sport since leaving school and works primarily on sales accounts and order processing, but also handling all manner of telephone enquiries from retailers and the public alike. Sarah has a wonderful personality and is liked by all who come into contact with her.

Michelle Hilton - Warehouse Manager
Michelle is very capable and runs an efficient and tidy warehouse, working all hours to ensure that our customers get what they need on time. Michelle is very much a water baby, actually living on a boat, and she brings with her a mass of enthusiasm to the role.

Boji Georgiev - Warehouse
Originally from Bulgaria, Bozi has been working with us for three years. His enthusiasm for everything he does is contagious, as is his cheerful outlook on life and his never-ending smile. If you want something doing - and you want it doing now - then Bozi is your man.

Thierry Way - Team Support

Thierry is a very keen wakeboarder and snowboarder. He is a qualified wakeboard instructor and spends most of his summer riding. Joining us straight from college Thierry is going to be learning and experiencing all areas of the business for all sports and the intention to try his hand at most things.


  Stuart Hayse - Brand Manager Stuart is Ultra Sport's new Brand Manager for Smith, Bern and Contour. He will be responsible for the Ski, Bike and Motocross markets across the UK and Ireland.
Recently joining Ultra Sport from Anatom, Stuart has a diverse experience of sales and marketing, having previously worked across the bike, outdoor, marine and publishing sectors.
A passionate road cyclist, mountain biker and skier, Stuart lived in the French Alps for five years and was a very active participant in his chosen sports. Relocating back to the UK last year he doesn't get to ski as much, but rides his bike as often as he can.




Andy Steel - Brand Manager  Andy has been involved in action sports all his life and is a highly qualified instructor in pretty much every watersport going. He has a huge amount of experience in the water leisure industry having spent a number of years running commercial overseas sports resorts. Andy's extensive sales experience combined with his multi-disciplined sporting background make him a key member of the team as he understands the requirements of the end user and retailers alike. In his spare time if Andy is not at the beach kitesurfing or windsurfing you'll mainly find him at the lake wakeboarding or up a mountain snowboarding. We are really excited to have him onboard!
