Gordon WayGordon Way - Managing Director
Joint founder of the company in 1985, Gordon holds a Business Studies diploma and is responsible for the sales direction of each brand and relationships with suppliers. A past competitor at national and international level and World Record Holder in windsurfing, he continues to participate in the sport whenever possible, as well as being a keen  wakeboarder and snowboarder. Ex President of SIGB (Snow Industries of Great Britain).
Andrew BoltonAndrew Bolton - Financial Director
Andrew holds a degree in Economics, Accountancy and Financial Management (BA.Hons) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants. He looks after the financial day-to-day running of the Ultra Sports accounts.
Neil StaplesNeil Staples - Sales Director
Neil has worked with Ultra Sport for a number of years, becoming Sales Director in December 2001. Still maintaining specific responsibility for the waterski and wakeboard division but also, as Sales Director, now takes overall management for all sales activity within the company. A past national and international tournament waterskier.
Ian BridgesIan Bridges - Brand Manager
Windsurfing, Surf and Kayak
Ian is a new member of the team, joining in June 2010. He is as comfortable on the water as he is on the mountain, having spent many years competing around the world in snowboarding. Not just a keen watersport enthusiast, he brings to the role a vast experience in retail management and effective sales and customer service.
Pat NeenanPat Neenan – Brand Manager
Snow sports, Bern helmets, Wake and Ski assistance
A keen and experienced wakeboarder and snowboarder, instructor qualified in both, Pat's expertise and knowledge of our products is second to none. Previously managing an adrenaline sports shop and cable park, Pat knows what is needed by our customers.
Edd DuerdenEdd Duerden - Aftersales Manager – Sales Coordinator
Edd’s role is to manage our warranty for all products. His professional approach, technical skills and attention to detail ensures that our warranty department runs without a hitch. A keen snowboarder and wakeboarder, he knows what the consumers want – and he delivers it.
Sarah ReasonSarah Reason - Accounts Administrator
Sarah has been with Ultra Sport since leaving school and works primarily on sales accounts and order processing, but also handling all manner of telephone enquiries from retailers and the public alike. Sarah has a wonderful personality and is liked by all who come into contact with her.
Michelle Hilton Michelle Hilton - Warehouse Manager
Michelle is very capable and runs an efficient and tidy warehouse, working all hours to ensure that our customers get what they need on time. Michelle is very much a water baby, actually living on a boat, and she brings with her a mass of enthusiasm to the role.
Boji Georgiev
Boji Georgiev - Warehouse
Originally from Bulgaria, Bozi has been working with us for three years. His enthusiasm for everything he does is contagious, as is his cheerful outlook on life and his never-ending smile. If you want something doing - and you want it doing now - then Bozi is your man.
Craig BatesCraig Bates - Web and Media Liaison
Craig is the youngest member of the Ultra Sport team, joining us straight from University in June 2010 when he graduated with a degree in English Literature. He is more of a conventional sports fan with a particular interest in football. However he has an enthusiasm for all sports and the intention to try his hand at most things.
