What we do?
Ultra Sport Europe are distributors – that is we sell to retailers around the country. We sell in the UK, Eire, France, Portugal and Spain although we do not distribute all of our products in all the territories.

How do you open an Account?
In the first instance you should call or email with your enquiry. Explain which products you are interested in and where you are operating from. We will respond to your enquiry immediately and put you in touch with the appropriate Brand Manager. At the same time we will send you a Trading Account Application Form. Once we receive this we can open a trading account with you subject to the normal business and credit checks. This can usually be done within 24 hours of receiving your completed form.

Selective Distribution?
We do not sell to everybody and anybody. We are selective about our retailers. Our retailers should be able to offer good service and backup to the end users and offer a good level of expertise and knowledge about the sports. Ultra Sport Europe can, of course, help with training in all areas.

Retailer Locator?
Our website is now receiving many thousands of unique visitors each month and one of the most popular areas of the site is our Retailer Locator. It is very important that your details are listed here and that they are up to date. Every one of our retailers is entitled to be listed and has a unique username and password so that they can edit their own details. If you are not listed, or you have forgotten your username and password then please email info@ultrasporteu.com and we will get back to you to rectify this. To log in to your account, go to the Reseller Login page. Once you have logged in you MUST ensure that your details are correct - including spelling - otherwise you will not be listed under our regions and you will not come up under any search results. It really is to your advantage to check this and make any amendments necessary so that we can ensure the customers are directed straight to you. Click here to go to the Retailer Locator.

Stockcheck Online?
The Ultra Sport SOS (Stock Ordering System) is now up and running, enabling you to instantly see if a particular item is in stock, and allowing you to instantly place orders. It is very simple to use. Use the same log in details as for the Retailer Locator. Please bear in mind this is updated daily (see note), so if you place an order before the stock is updated, it may show as in stock, even if the item has already gone. You can still place orders on items not showing in stock, and these will simply be registered as a back order and sent out to you as soon as new stock arrives.   NOTE: the stock is updated daily at 5pm so orders received in the following 24 hours can affect the stock level.
